Pump Repairs and Testing: Watmarine have the in-house capacity to repair and test all types of pumps. Our pump testing station allows us to performance test pumps after being overhauled to prove efficient operation. Our test station has a maximum output of 200mm NB and 4000Ltr/Min in both 50Hz and 60Hz for water. 150mm NB for oil and diesel positive displacement pumps.
All testing carried out are done in conjunction with calibrated equipment, with results and certification provided upon completion.

Corrosion Control: Watmarine Engineering is a licensed applicator for the Denso range of Archco corrosion protection systems. Denso have developed their licensed network to provide Watmarine and its clients with guaranteed material performance and guaranteed installation performance. Watmarine have been trained by Denso and selected on the basis of financial stability, skill level and a commitment to quality.
Archco Rigidon is designed specifically to protect steel and concrete surfaces from aggressive environments. It has an excellent corrosion resistance and a superior bond to all metals. The Rigidon 423D has been extensively used as a tank lining and for the lining of equipment such as valves and pump casings for various industries.
Purifiers and Separators: Watmarine Engineering are highly experienced in Alfa Laval Purifiers and Separators both in new installations and maintenance. With the worldwide backing of Alfa Laval technical expertise and 24hrs spares availability, lost time is kept to an absolute minimum.
Mechanical Fitting: Capability to overhaul equipment from the smallest valve to the largest pump. In addition we also have in-house machining facilities to support the fitting operation. Our pump testing facility allows us to carry out full operational testing of water and oil pumps and we provide detailed reports on all works carried out.
Diesel Engine Reconditioning: Watmarine Engineering have extensive experience in the overhaul of diesel engines. We specialise in all major brands of engines and diesel pumping systems.
Pressure Testing of Valves for Survey: Valve testing facilities for over-side and/or underwater use in the marine industry. Tests carried out for Lloyds Register, Det Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd and American Bureau of Shipping. All tests carried out to Australian Standards.
Ultrasonic Thickness Testing: Certified testing carried out both on and off site.
Machinery Vibration Analysis: Vibration analysis can be conducted on and off site. Early detection of unnecessary vibration makes it possible to avoid expensive machinery failures. Latest technology is incorporated and all vibration analysis carried out includes certification.
Sandblasting and Painting: Watmarine Engineering has its own in-house sandblasting and painting facilities which includes garnet blasting and glass bead blasting. We also offer various protective paint systems. This feature is more cost effective for our clients and also improves quality control allowing complete trace ability from commencement to completion of each task.
